ELFRIDA is an indie pop rock band from Hamilton and the Greater Toronto Area, blending the warmth of vintage rock with the sharp edges and melodies of modern indie pop. Their sound balances nostalgia and momentum—hooks that feel familiar, lyrics that feel lived-in, and grooves that linger longer than expected.The band takes its name from the area of Elfrida, where three of the members grew up—a nod to their shared roots and the place where the project first took shape.
